Silverman Solutions & Natalie Silverman OTD

Case Study: Multi-Brand Identity for a Growing Entrepreneur & Occupational Therapist

Client: Natalie Silverman – Silverman Solutions (Parent Company), We Rock Kids Gym – Pittsburgh North, Natalie Silverman OTD (Private Occupational Therapy Practice)

Industry: Pediatric Wellness, Occupational Therapy, Family Entertainment

Pittsburgh North We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym

The Challenge

When Natalie Silverman purchased the We Rock Kids Gym – Pittsburgh North franchise, she faced a unique challenge:

  1. Parent Company Brand Development – Silverman Solutions, her newly formed parent company, needed a professional, cohesive brand identity to manage and oversee the franchise’s operations.

  2. Personal Brand Identity – As a licensed occupational therapist, Natalie was also launching Natalie Silverman OTD, a private therapy practice that would operate in the same physical location as the gym — but remain an entirely separate business.

  3. Multi-Brand Strategy – Both brands needed to complement the corporate We Rock Kids Gym branding while standing independently with their own tone, audience appeal, and credibility.

She needed a visual and strategic solution that would:

  • Build trust and credibility in two different markets.

  • Create clear separation between the brands while visually signaling their connection.

  • Lay the groundwork for future marketing, community engagement, and business growth.

Our Approach

989 Creative Group developed a dual-brand identity system rooted in shared values but tailored to each brand’s unique audience and purpose.

For Silverman Solutions (Parent Company):

  • Crafted an Earthy Retro Vibe brand aesthetic to communicate warmth, reliability, and entrepreneurial vision.

  • Created a distinctive color palette and typography system that could be subtly incorporated into franchise communications without conflicting with We Rock’s corporate brand.

  • Designed a scalable logo suite (primary, secondary, wordmark) and brand guidelines for consistent application.

For Natalie Silverman OTD (Personal Brand):

  • Developed a clean, approachable, and professional visual identity that appeals to parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Ensured the personal brand complemented the Silverman Solutions look without creating brand confusion.

  • Delivered business collateral templates, social media branding, and messaging framework.

Integration:

  • Built a brand architecture plan to clearly define how Silverman Solutions, Natalie Silverman OTD, and We Rock Kids Gym would interact visually and strategically.

  • Created Canva brand kits for easy in-house use and future expansion

The Results

  • Distinct yet Connected Identities: Silverman Solutions and Natalie Silverman OTD now have distinct brands that work in harmony, making cross-promotion seamless without diluting each entity’s positioning.

  • Professional Presence: Natalie is equipped with logos, brand guidelines, and ready-to-use marketing templates for both businesses, ensuring professional and consistent presentation from day one.

  • Strategic Advantage: The brand architecture allows Natalie to run multiple ventures under one umbrella, enhancing operational clarity and setting the stage for future growth.
